They are actual leftover coffee beans that are expelled intact through civets’ feces since they only digest the fleshy fruit that surrounds the bean. Need not to worry about the beans being dirty because they are cleaned before they are roasted and brewed. This famous beverage is sold much cheaper in Indonesia than the other parts of the world.
