We’ve already talked about how Empanada (stuffed folded dough) is loved in Ilocos Sur because of its unique taste and savory flavor. From Café Leona, walk the Calle Crisologo straight, turn left, and you’ll find Calle Salcedo. The snack house is near Gordion Hotel and is adjacent to Insiang’s Empanadahan. The snack house really isn’t that aesthetic. It’s very simple, perhaps, it’s really not as grandeur as you may have thought. However, because of tons of positive reviews this snack house got, I believe it is just right to include it among Ilocos Sur’s best! Taste their Special Empanada.
