- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 2 large orange, deseeded and peeled
- ½ tsp ginger, grated
- 1 cup raw rapini, chopped
- 4 ounces water
- Simply put together all the ingredients in a blender and process it until completely smooth.
- Pour in a glass and serve.
Lemony Shrimp and Broccoli Rabe by Williams Sonoma Taste
- 1 bunch broccoli rabe, stems removed
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ lemon
- Freshly ground pepper
- Preheat the over to 400̊̊F (200̊C).
- On a baking sheet, place a parchment paper. Pile the broccoli rabe and drizzle about 2tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coar. Spread the broccoli rabe and bake for 8 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the shrimp with the remaining olive oil, mustard, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Move the shrimp from the bowl to a sheet of aluminum foil and spread in a single layer. Fold up the edges of the foil.
- After the broccoli rabe is cooked, transfer the shrimp with foil to the baking sheet beside the broccoli rabe. Roast for about 8 minutes until the shrimp is bright pink. Remove from the oven and squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and rapini. Serve.
