Heat olive oil in a sauté pan. Add in the onions, sweet potato, carrots, and mushrooms. Sauté, stirring every two minutes, for 10 to 15 minutes. Add in tofu, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Cook for a minute and add the garlic, beans, broccoli, cabbage, turmeric and keep cooking for another 5 minutes. Adjust seasonings and serve with parsley.
